Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven – 180ºC
  2. Line baking trays with parchment paper
  3. Add the ingredients into a bowl
  4. Mix until combined and set aside
  5. Sift the ingredients into a clean bowl and set aside
  6. Fit the Whisk Tool
  7. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  8. Whisk – 5 minutes, speed Max
  9. Then add the ingredient slowly while the machine is running
  10. Whisk – 3 minutes, speed Max
  11. Then add the yoghurt mixture slowly while the machine is running
  12. Whisk – 3 minutes, speed 2
  13. Then add the flour mixture gradually while the machine is running
  14. Whisk – 5 minutes, speed Min
  15. Add the batter into a piping bag
  16. Pipe biscuits onto the baking trays, about 6cm long and 2cm wide
  17. Dust with icing sugar
  18. Bake – 13 minutes, 180ºC
  19. Remove from the oven and let cool
  20. Serve
