Sweet, salty, and spicy – these wings are flavoured with soy sauce, honey, and gochujang, a Korean chilli paste, creating an addictive sticky glaze flecked with dried chilli. Baking rather than frying reduces the saturated fat in the recipe - and means you can avoid anxiously standing over a spitting hot pot and filling your house with the smell of oil! Serve with extra lime slices for a spritz of zingy freshness to cut through the heat.

  1. Add the ingredients into a clean bowl, mix to combine and set aside
  2. Fit the Stir Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  4. Stir - 1 minute, 98ºC, speed 4
  5. Pour 2/3 of the marinade into a clean bowl
  6. Let cool – 30 minutes
  7. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  8. Line baking trays with parchment paper
  9. Transfer the chicken wings into the bowl with marinade and toss to coat
  10. Place the chicken wings evenly on the baking trays
  11. Bake – 50 minutes, 180ºC
  12. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  13. Stir until thickened and glossy - 10 minutes, 98ºC, speed 2
  14. Then add the next ingredients
  15. Mix – 2 minutes, speed 4
  16. Transfer the glaze into a clean bowl
  17. Then add the chicken and toss to combine
  18. Top with sesame seeds
  19. Serve
