Highly addictive, kimchi udon is a great weeknight meal – quick to prepare and deeply satisfying. Gochujang and kimchi add sharpness and funk to the noodles, bejewelled with salty spam and fragrant garlic.

  8. Then add kimchi
  9. Cook – 2 minutes, 120ºC, speed 3
  10. Then add noodles and the sauce mixture
  11. Cook – 6 minutes, 94ºC, speed 3
  12. Divide the noodles between serving bowls
  13. Garnish
  14. Serve
