A five ingredient, no-bake bar made by combining berries with desiccated coconut and covering in dark chocolate - easy to make and great for 'on the go' snacking. Serve with mint leaves, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to impress. The fresh berries can be replaced with frozen mixed berries but make sure to defrost them first. The 15cm (6") square tin can be replaced with a 20cm (8") tin for thinner bars. The bars can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for one week or in the freezer for 2 months.
