Step preview

  1. Pre-heat the oven - 180°C
  2. Grease muffin tins and set aside
  3. Assemble the Express Serve attachment with the grating disc
  4. Place a clean bowl underneath the attachment
  5. Grate courgette into the bowl using the pusher
  6. Use your hands or a cloth to squeeze out the excess water from the courgette
  7. Remove the Express Serve attachment
  8. Fit the Knife Blade
  9. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  10. Chop until thoroughly sliced - 5 seconds
  11. Transfer the mixture into the bowl containing the courgettes
  12. Then add the next ingredients
  13. Mix until well combined
  14. Spoon 1 Tbsp of the fritter mixture into the tin
  15. Use the back of a spoon to flatten each fritter
  16. Bake until golden - 20 minutes, 180°C
  17. Remove from oven and let cool in the tin - 10 minutes
  18. Remove the fritters from the tin and onto a plate
  19. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Knife Blade
  20. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  21. Mix until thoroughly combined – 30 seconds
  22. Transfer the dip into a small serving bowl
  23. Garnish, if desired
  24. Serve with hot or cold fritters
