Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 200°C
  2. Add the ingredients onto a baking tray and mix to coat
  3. Roast – 20 minutes, 200°C
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly

  6. Add the roasted vegetables and the rest of the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  7. Blend until desired consistency is reached – 15 seconds
  8. Serve
