An indulgent and comforting dish. Have as a side dish along with a vegan roast and use your favourite vegan cheese to top. If you want to make a larger quantity, you can. Just double the cauliflower and the sauce ingredients, cook in batches and use two baking dishes. You could also swap the cheese on top for some crunchy, herby breadcrumbs.

  12. Then add the next ingredients
  13. Whisk – 5 minutes, speed Min
  14. Transfer the cauliflower back into the appliance bowl
  15. Whisk – 1 minute, speed Min
  16. Preheat the oven – 200°C
  17. Transfer the cauliflower mixture into a baking dish
  18. Top with the rest of grated cheese and spread evenly
  19. Bake – 15 minutes, 200°C
  20. Serve
