Step preview

  1. Grease a bundt tin
  2. Fit the Dough Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Knead until the dough has formed – 10 minutes, speed 1
  5. Remove the Dough Tool
  6. Prove until doubled in size – 1 hour, 30ºC, speed OFF
  7. Take a 30g piece of dough and flatten into a circle
  8. Add 1 tsp of peanut butter in the middle
  9. Close the dough around the filling and gently roll into a ball
  10. Place the dough ball into the bundt tin
  11. Take another 30g piece of dough and flatten into a circle
  12. Then add 1 tsp of chocolate spread in the middle
  13. Close the dough around the filling and gently roll into a ball
  14. Place the dough ball into the bundt tin
  15. Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough, alternating between fillings
  16. Cover the dough balls with tea towel
  17. Prove – 30 minutes
  18. Preheat the oven - 200ºC
  19. Bake – 20 minutes, 200ºC
  20. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin – 5 minutes
  21. Turn out upside down onto a serving plate
  22. Drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter
  23. Serve
