These quick little dessert pots are easy to make and assemble but taste delicious! You can make all of the components the day before. Keep them all separate in the fridge and assemble when needed. You will also have some raspberry puree leftover, keep in a sealed container in the fridge and serve over ice cream, porridge, or rice pudding or try it in some lemonade for a tasty drink.
