  1. Fit the Dough Tool
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Let rest – 5 minutes
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Select the Dough preset
  6. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface and knead lightly
  7. Place the dough in a clean bowl and cover with a kitchen towel
  8. Prove until doubled in size – 1 hour
  9. Flour a baking tray
  10. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  11. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  12. Roll the dough over and shape into a round loaf
  13. Place the dough on the baking tray and cover with a kitchen towel
  14. Prove – 30 minutes
  15. Preheat the oven - 220°C
  16. Use a sharp knife or blade to make slashes on the surface of the dough
  17. Bake – 25 minutes, 220°C
  18. Remove from the oven and let cool
  19. Serve
