A sweet and creamy dessert served with a fruity compote. The type of honey with subtly change the flavour of the cakes and while normal runny honey is fantastic in these panna cottas, you could also use a lavender or wildflower honey.

Step preview

  1. Fit the Creaming Beater
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  3. Heat until simmering – 2 minutes, 98ºC, speed Stir 3
  4. Then add gelatine
  5. Mix until dissolved– 3 minutes, speed Stir 1
  6. Transfer the mixture into moulds
  7. Chill in the fridge – 4 hours
  8. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  9. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  10. Cook until thickened - 15 minutes, 95ºC, speed Stir 3
  11. Let cool
  12. Top the Panna Cottas with the fruity compote
  13. Serve
