  1. Making the cake:
  2. Preheat the oven - 170ºC
  3. Line a tin with parchment paper
  4. Fit the Creaming Beater
  5. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl
  6. Heat until melted - 10 minutes, 60ºC, speed Stir 1
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Mix until creamy - 2 minutes, speed 1
  9. Then add the next ingredients
  10. Mix until incorporated - 1 minute, speed Min
  11. Then add chocolate chips
  12. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed Min
  13. Pour the batter into the tin
  14. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 45 minutes, 170ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin - 15 minutes
  16. Remove from the tin and let cool completely
  17. Making the ganache:
  18. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  19. Add chocolate into the appliance bowl
  20. Heat until melted - 10 minutes, 60ºC, speed Stir 1
  21. Then add cream
  22. Mix until smooth - 5 minutes, speed 1
  23. Let cool slightly
  24. Pour the ganache over the cake and let set
  25. Serve
