  3. Cook until combined and the sugar has dissolved - 5 minutes, 140ºC, speed Stir 3
  4. Cook until the fruit has softened and caramelised - 30 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 3
  5. Let cool slightly
  6. Transfer the chutney into a sterilised jar and let cool
  7. Chill in the fridge until needed
  8. Use as desired
