Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven – 180ºC
  2. Grease a traybake tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Reserve the juice from the pineapple slices
  4. Cut five pineapple rings in half and arrange them in the base of the tin
  5. Coarsely chop the rest of the pineapple and set aside
  6. Fit the K-Beater
  7. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  8. Mix until combined – 10 seconds, speed Min
  9. Then add beaten eggs
  10. Then add the chopped pineapple and 2 Tbsp of pineapple juice from the tin
  11. Mix until combined – 40 seconds, speed 3
  12. Transfer the mixture into the tin
  13. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean – 25-30 minutes, 180ºC
  14. Remove from the oven and let cool
  15. Serve
