Step preview

  1. Fit the Knife blade to the Food Processor attachment
  2. Add biscuits into the attachment
  3. Chop until crumbs form – 30 seconds, speed Max
  4. Then add melted butter
  5. Mix until well combined - 10 seconds, speed Min
  6. Spoon 2 Tbsp of the mixture into each dessert glass
  7. Use a spoon to flatten the biscuit base
  8. Chill in the fridge until set – 20 minutes
  9. Remove the dessert glasses from the fridge
  10. Spoon caramel into each glass
  11. Use a spoon to spread the caramel evenly and set aside
  12. Clean the attachment and then fit the slicing disc, setting 5 or Thick slicing disc
  13. Prepare the banana for the attachment
  14. Slice the bananas in batches, if necessary - speed Min
  15. Place the sliced bananas into the dessert glasses and chill in the fridge until needed
  16. Add milk into a clean bowl
  17. Then add gelatine and stir until dissolved
  18. Then add melted chocolate, mix until well combined and set aside
  19. Fit the Whisk Tool
  20. Add cream into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  21. Whisk until thickened – 4 minutes, speed Max
  22. Then add the milk mixture
  23. Whisk until thickened – 30 seconds, speed Max
  24. Spoon or pipe the cream mixture into each dessert glass
  25. Chill in the fridge until set – 2 hours
  26. Remove the dessert glasses from the fridge
  27. Sprinkle with grated chocolate
  28. Serve
