Step preview

  1. Making the marinade:
  2. Fit the Knife blade to the Food Processor attachment
  3. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  4. Pulse until coarsely chopped
  5. Blend until smooth – 30 seconds, speed 3
  6. Add pork into a clean bowl and pour over the marinade
  7. Mix until well combined and cover with plastic wrap
  8. Chill in the fridge overnight for best results or at least 2 hours before cooking
  9. Soak 8 wooden skewers – 1 hour
  10. Thread the pork pieces onto the skewers
  11. Preheat a griddle pan – medium-high heat
  12. Grill the pork skewers, turning frequently, until browned and cooked through – 10 minutes, medium-high
  13. Fill the breads with grilled meat and vegetables
  14. Drizzle with sauce
  15. Serve
