  1. Grease a loaf tin
  2. Fit the Dough Tool
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Knead until combined - 2 minutes, speed 2
  5. Then add butter
  6. Knead until a dough formed - 5 minutes, speed Min
  7. Cover the bowl with a tea towel
  8. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour 30 minutes
  9. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured work surface
  10. Gently pull the edges into the centre
  11. Form the dough into a ball
  12. Roll the dough into a log
  13. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces
  14. Let rest - 10 minutes
  15. Form each dough piece into a ball
  16. Place the dough balls into the tin in 2 rows of 5
  17. Cover with a tea towel and let rest - 1 hour
  18. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  19. Brush the dough balls with beaten egg
  20. Bake until golden brown - 30 minutes, 180°C
  21. Serve
