Step preview

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Fit the Knife Blade to the Food Processor attachment
  3. Add nuts into the attachment
  4. Pulse until finely chopped - 30 seconds
  5. Transfer 1/4 of the chopped nuts to a clean bowl and set aside
  6. Then add the next ingredients into the attachment
  7. Pulse until combined - 30 seconds
  8. Mix until the mixture comes together - 30 seconds, speed 3
  9. Remove the attachment from the machine and remove the Knife Blade
  10. Roll the mixture into 15 balls and place on the baking tray
  11. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate until coated
  12. Place the chocolate balls back on the baking tray and sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts and sea salt
  13. Chill in the fridge until set - 1 hour
  14. Serve
