Step preview

  1. Making the butter bean and harissa paste:

  3. Add the ingredients into the attachment
  4. Mix until smooth - 1 minute, speed 3
  5. Add water to a saucepan
  6. Heat until boiling - high heat
  7. Then add salt and stir to dissolve
  8. Then add pasta
  9. Cook until al dente - 8 minutes
  10. Drain pasta and reserve 200 ml of the cooking water
  11. Return pasta to the saucepan
  12. Then add the butter bean and harissa paste and the reserved cooking water
  13. Stir vigorously until glossy - 2 minutes
  14. Serve
