These spiced honey biscuits are easy to make and will have your whole house smelling festive! It is important to dip the hot biscuits into cold syrup, so we recommended chilling the syrup after making it.

- Making the syrup
- Fit the Stir Tool
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Cook until combined - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 3
- Then add honey
- Stir until combined - 3 minutes, speed Min
- Transfer the mixture to a jug and let cool
- Making the biscuits:
- Preheat the oven - 180ºC
- Line the baking trays with parchment paper
- Fit the K-Beater
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 2
- Then add the next ingredients
- Mix until the dough begins to form - 1 minute, speed Min
- Divide the dough into small pieces, about 30 g each
- Shape each piece into oblongs and place them on the baking trays
- Prick each biscuit two times with a fork
- Bake until golden brown - 17 minutes, 180ºC
- Remove the biscuits from the oven and dip them into the cooled syrup - 10 seconds
- Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and let cool
- Serve
