This banana bread uses the natural sweetness the bananas with a touch of honey instead of sugar. Make sure to taste the fruit before baking, you can adjust the amount of honey. Use very ripe bananas for more sweetness.

  1. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  2. Grease a loaf tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Mix until combined - about 2 minutes, speed 2
  6. Pour the mixture into the tin
  7. Then press sliced banana into the batter
  8. Bake until golden brown - 55 minutes, 160°C
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool
  10. Serve
