  1. Preheat the oven - 170ºC
  2. Grease a tin
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Mix until light and fluffy, then scrape the bowl - about 2 minutes, speed 3
  6. Mix until combined, then scrape the bowl - about 1 minute, speed 3
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Mix until fully combined and smooth - about 2 minutes, speed 2
  9. Transfer the batter into the tin
  10. Bake until a skewer inserted comes out clean - 30 minutes, 170ºC
  11. Remove form the oven and let cool on a cooling rack
  12. Serve
