Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 170ºC
  2. Grease a tin and line with parchment paper
  3. Fit the K-Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into a saucepan
  5. Heat until melted - low heat
  6. Transfer the melted ingredients into the appliance bowl
  7. Then add the next ingredients
  8. Mix until the batter is smooth and well combined - about 3 minutes, speed 3
  9. Then add fruits
  10. Mix until they are fully incorporated into the batter - about 30 seconds, speed 2
  11. Pour the batter into the tin
  12. Bake until it is firm to the touch and a light golden brown around the edges - 25 minutes, 170ºC
  13. Let cool in the tin then turn out
  14. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the K-Beater
  15. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  16. Mix until smooth and well combined - about 3 minutes, speed Min
  17. Let cool slightly
  18. Spread the mixture onto the brownie
  19. Cut into squares
  20. Serve
