Step preview

  1. Fit the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi)
  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, attach the lid without the filler cap
  3. Heat until combined - 1 minute, 30°C, speed Off
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Knead until the dough has formed - 3 minutes, speed 7
  6. Remove the Knife blade (or Max blade for kCook Multi), attach the lid with the filler cap
  7. Prove until doubled in size - 1 hour, 30°C, speed Off
  8. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  9. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface
  10. Divide into 12 equal pieces
  11. Roll each piece of dough into a tight ball
  12. Place the shaped dough on the baking tray and space apart evenly
  13. Prove until doubled in size - 40 minutes
  14. Preheat the oven - 190ºC
  15. Brush the dough balls with beaten egg
  16. Bake until golden and springy - 20 minutes, 190ºC
  17. Remove from the oven and let cool
  18. Serve
