  8. Roll the dough into a log and wrap in plastic wrap
  9. Chill in the fridge - 1 hour
  10. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  11. Line two baking trays with parchment paper
  12. Slice the chilled dough into 1 cm thick slices
  13. Place the shaped dough on the baking tray, space apart evenly
  14. Bake until golden brown - 15 minutes, 180ºC
  15. Remove from the oven and let cool
  16. Serve
