Traditionally this soup is made with leftover Rosół - chicken soup. If using this method swap the stock for strained chicken soup and add the chicken from the soup back in when the recipe asks you to put in the cooked chicken

Step preview

  1. Add tomatoes and puree into the Blender attachment
  2. Blend until smooth - 15 seconds, speed 4
  3. Remove the attachment from the machine
  4. Fit the Stir Tool
  5. Transfer the blended ingredients into the appliance bowl
  6. Then add stock
  7. Heat until hot - 5 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 1
  8. Then add the next ingredients
  9. Cook until softened - 15 minutes, 100ºC, speed Stir 1
  10. Then add the next ingredients
  11. Cook until the soup reaches creamy consistency - 5 minutes, 80ºC, speed Stir 1
  12. Divide the pasta between serving bowls
  13. Pour the soup over
  14. Garnish with parsley
  15. Serve
