This is a rich syrup that can be used to make your favourite dinks. Mix a little into a coffee, make into a flavoured cold foam for lattes or iced chocolates. It can also be used in hot chocolates and cocktails. Try mixing a little with lemonade for a refreshing drink. Store in a glass bottle or jar and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.

  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Cook until cherries soften - 15 minutes, 85ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Remove the splashguard, then slightly squash the cherries
  7. Cook until thickened - 5 minutes, 85ºC, speed Stir 3
  8. Let cool - 10 minutes
  9. Then add almond extract
  10. Stir until combined - 30 seconds, speed Min
  11. Strain the mixture into a jug
  12. Pour the syrup into a clean bottle or jar
  13. Use as desired
