This is a rich syrup that can be used to make your favourite dinks. Mix a little into a coffee, make into a flavoured cold foam for lattes or matcha. It can also be used in hot chocolates and cocktails. Store in a glass bottle or jar and keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.

  2. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  3. Stir until combined - 30 seconds, speed Min
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Cook until berries soften - 15 minutes, 85ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Remove the splashguard, then slightly squash the berries
  7. Cook until thickened - 5 minutes, 85ºC, speed Stir 3
  8. Let cool - 10 minutes
  9. Strain the mixture into a jug
  10. Pour the syrup into a clean bottle or jar
  11. Use as desired
