This quick and easy one pot pasta dish has only eight ingredients and you can customise it to suit whatever you have in the fridge if you prefer. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and some grated parmesan.

  3. Heat until hot - 2 minutes, 120ºC, speed 3
  4. Then add the next ingredients
  5. Cook until translucent - 5 minutes, 120ºC, speed 3
  6. Then add the next ingredients, remove the filler cap
  7. Cook the pasta until tender - 9 minutes, 94ºC, speed 1
  8. Remove the bowl from the machine
  9. Drain the excess liquid into a colander
  10. Divide the pasta between serving bowls
  11. Drizzle with olive oil and top with grated parmesan
  12. Serve
