  1. Making the jelly:
  2. Fit the Stir Tool and Stir Assist clip
  3. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  4. Then add 2 drops of pink food colouring
  5. Cook until boiling - 1 minute, 110ºC, speed Stir 2
  6. Transfer the mixture into a heatproof bowl and set aside - 1 hour
  7. Add the next ingredients into a clean bowl and set aside - 1 hour
  8. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  9. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  10. Cook until boiling - 3 minutes, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  11. Transfer the milk into a jug and cover the surface with plastic wrap to avoid a film from setting
  12. Let cool at room temperature - 30 minutes
  13. Chill in the fridge - 1 hour
  14. Making the falooda:
  15. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  16. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  17. Then add the chilled milk, fit the splashguard
  18. Whisk until combined - 2 minutes, speed Min
  19. Divide the cooked vermicelli between the serving glasses
  20. Then drain the basil seeds and add to the glasses
  21. Coarsely grate the agar agar jelly, then add to the glasses
  22. Top with a spoon of ice cream
  23. Sprinkle with pistachios
  24. Serve
