  1. Making the cake:
  2. Preheat the oven - 160ºC
  3. Fit the Creaming Beater
  4. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  5. Mix until light and fluffy - 2 minutes, speed 2
  6. Then add speculoos spread
  7. Mix until combined and then scrape the bowl - 20 seconds, speed 1
  8. Then add eggs gradually while the machine is running
  9. Mix until combined - 1 minute 30 seconds, speed 1
  10. Then add milk
  11. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  12. Then add the next ingredients
  13. Mix until smooth - 1 minute, speed Min
  14. Divide the mixture between 10 mini loaf cases evenly - about 75 g per case
  15. Bake until golden and a skewer inserted comes out clean - 20-25 minutes, 160ºC
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool on a cooling rack completely
  17. Making the icing:
  18. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Creaming Beater
  19. Add butter into the appliance bowl
  20. Mix until light and smooth - 2 minutes, speed 2
  21. Then add icing sugar
  22. Mix until combined - 2 minutes, speed 1
  23. Then add melted white chocolate
  24. Mix until combined - 30 seconds, speed 1
  25. Then add the next ingredients
  26. Mix until combined and smooth - 2 minutes, speed 1
  27. Transfer the icing into a piping bag fitted with a medium round tip and pipe over the cakes
  28. Then drizzle the cakes with melted speculoos spread
  29. Serve
