Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add strawberries and icing sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Blend with filler cap removed then scrape bowl - 5 sec, speed 7
  6. Blend with filler cap fitted then scrape bowl - 10 sec, speed 7
  7. Then add egg white to the kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 8
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to small glass bowl
  11. Chill in fridge until set - approx 30 min
  12. Serve
