  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add unsalted butter to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min 10 sec, 80°C, speed 3
  8. Then add plain flour to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 110°C, speed 6
  10. Then add milk to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 6
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  13. Grate cheddar cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  15. Stir with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 6
  16. Then add macaroni to the kCook bowl
  17. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 5
  18. Pre-heat in grill
  19. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ceramic baking dish
  20. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  21. Grate cheddar cheese into the ceramic baking dish with direct prep attachment
  22. Grill in grill until golden brown - 10 min
  23. Serve
