- Dried cranberries

- Plain yogurt

Step preview
- Pre-heat oven - 220°C
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add plain flour, almond meal, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, ground cinnamon, golden caster sugar, marzipan, unsalted pistachios, flaked almonds, raisins and dried cranberries to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 5
- Then add egg, unsalted butter, plain yogurt and almond extract to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
- Line a clean muffin pan with paper muffin cups
- Spoon content of kCook bowl into muffin pan evenly
- Bake - 5 min, 220°C
- Bake - 15 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Dust with icing sugar
- Serve
