Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add brown sugar, unsalted butter, caster sugar, plain flour, cocoa powder, milk, egg, baking powder and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
  7. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  8. Roll into a log
  9. Wrap with plastic wrap
  10. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  11. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  13. Place dough on work surface
  14. Slice into 1/3" slices
  15. Transfer cookies to baking sheet
  16. Bake - 8 min, 160°C
  17. Decorate with candy
  18. Bake - 6 min, 160°C
  19. Let cool baking sheet onto cooling rack
  20. Serve
