- Biscuits
- 200 g

- Cream cheese
- 400 g

- Mascarpone cheese
- 250 g

- Icing sugar
- 80 g

- Vegetable double cream
- 100 ml

- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon

- Mixed berries
- 250 g

Springform pan - 10 x 2.5"

Step preview
- Line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add biscuits to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 6
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 8
- Then add butter to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, 50°C, speed 9
- Transfer crumbs to springform pan
- Spread until level and press down
- Clean kCook bowl
- Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
- Add cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, icing sugar, vegetable double cream and vanilla extract to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
- Spoon cream into springform pan
- Spread until level
- Chill in fridge - approx 1 hr
- Decorate with mixed berries
- Serve
