Deliciously crumbly, coffee-flavoured biscuits. These biscuits shaped like coffee beans leave no doubts as to their flavour, an explosion of taste with every bite. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

- Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
- Add unsalted butter and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
- Then add italian 00 flour, instant coffee, cocoa powder and espresso to the kCook bowl
- Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 8
- Line a clean work surface with plastic wrap
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
- Form into a ball
- Wrap with plastic wrap
- Chill in fridge - 20 min
- Pre-heat oven - 180°C
- Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
- Place dough on lightly floured surface
- Roll into balls until 3cm round
- Flatten slightly
- Transfer dough to baking sheet
- Cut an indentation
- Bake - 25 min, 180°C
- Let cool
- Serve
