Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add sunflower oil and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 120°C, speed 3
  6. Then add eggplant to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 2
  8. Then add capers, tomato paste, chili flakes, salt and fresh basil leaves to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed and continue - 30 min, 110°C, speed 1
  10. Add water to a clean large saucepan
  11. Heat until boiling
  12. Add pasta to the large saucepan carefully
  13. Cook - 10 min, medium-high heat
  14. Drain pasta into colander
  15. Transfer pasta to large serving bowl
  16. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large serving bowl
  17. Stir until combined
  18. Top with mozzarella cheese
  19. Serve
