Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  3. Attach K Beater
  4. Add fresh breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, onion, double cream, fresh chives, mustard and salt & pepper to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix - 1 min, Speed 2
  6. Add puff pastry to a clean lightly floured surface
  7. Using a rolling pin roll the dough out into a large rectangle around 2 mm thick
  8. Cut the pastry into equal long rectangles
  9. Place a line of filling just below the centre of the pastry
  10. Pull the top edge over the filling to meet the bottom edge and press down
  11. Use a fork to seal by using the prongs to press down on the edge of the pastry
  12. Use a knife to divide into individual rolls
  13. Place the individual rolls on the baking tray
  14. Brush with egg
  15. Prick each roll on the top 3 times with a fork
  16. Chill rolls in fridge - 20 min
  17. Bake - 20 min, 220°C
  18. Serve
