Step preview

  1. Add courgette to a clean cutting board
  2. Slice the courgette into 3 mm slices
  3. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat - 104°C
  8. Transfer content of cutting board to steamer tray
  9. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  10. Remove steamer tray and let cool
  11. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  13. Transfer content of steamer tray to cutting board
  14. Add smoked provola and sliced ham to the cutting board
  15. Slice the ham the same size and length as the sliced courgette and place on the slices.
  16. Place one or two cubes of cheese at one end and roll up
  17. Repeat with the rest
  18. Add extra virgin olive oil to a clean small bowl
  19. Add breadcrumbs and salt to a clean small bowl
  20. Coat each courgette roll into the oil first, followed by the breadcrumbs until completely covered
  21. Skewer each roll with a cocktail stick to keep secured
  22. Place each roll onto the lined baking sheet
  23. Bake - 15 min, 200°C
  24. Let cool - 10 min
  25. Serve
