A simple, delicious and healthy prawn soup. Remove the tails from the prawns and reserve. Use the prawn heads along with the vegetable trimmings to make the broth. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl

  5. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 100°C, speed 3
  8. Then add prawns to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 100°C, speed 2
  10. Then add garlic clove, ginger and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
  12. Strain content of kCook bowl into jug and reserve liquid
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Return content of jug to kCook bowl
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  18. Slice carrot, celery stalk, mushrooms and leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Add coriander, mixed spice, lime and soy sauce to the kCook bowl
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 100°C, speed 1
  23. Then add prawn tails to the kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 100°C, speed 1
  25. Serve
