Step preview

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add natural yogurt and whole milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 70°C, speed 5
  6. Spoon content of kCook bowl into 8 jars carefully then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  9. Add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C
  13. Line the steamer tray with plastic wrap
  14. Arrange jars in steamer tray
  15. Fit the steamer lid
  16. Cover with kitchen towel
  17. Steam - 12 min, 104°C
  18. Switch off the machine and leave the steamer on top of the bowl
  19. Let rest overnight
  20. Chill in fridge until needed
  21. Serve
