This soufflé uses a traditional French cheese called Ossau Iraty, but it can be replaced with any of your favourite cheese. Serve at the end of cooking, otherwise your soufflé will collapse. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

Step preview

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add egg white and salt to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min 30 sec, speed 8
  6. Transfer egg whites to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add cheese, olive oil and cornflour to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  12. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 80°C, speed 6
  13. Then add single cream and milk to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 90°C, speed 6
  15. Let cool
  16. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  17. Grease and flour 4 clean ramekins then set aside
  18. Add egg yolk and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  19. Whisk with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 7
  20. Transfer mixture to large mixing bowl
  21. Fold egg whites into large mixing bowl gently
  22. Transfer egg mixture to 4 ramekins gently
  23. Bake - 30 min, 200°C
  24. Serve immediately
