  10. Then add plain flour and egg to the kCook bowl
  11. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  12. Then add butter to the kCook bowl
  13. Mix with filler cap fitted - 5 min, speed 5
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  15. Cover with plastic wrap
  16. Let rest - 1 hr 30 min
  17. Grease a clean bundt pan
  18. Add slivered almonds to the bundt pan then set aside
  19. Drain medium bowl with sieve
  20. Transfer raisins to large glass bowl
  21. Mix until combined
  22. Transfer dough to bundt pan
  23. Let rest - 1 hr 30 min
  24. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  25. Bake - 40 min, 180°C
  26. Let cool
  27. Turn out cake onto serving plate
  28. Dust with icing sugar
  29. Serve
