Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add water and dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Heat with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 30°C, speed 4
  6. Then add plain flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 15 sec, speed 7
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 10
  9. Remove midi blade from kCook bowl
  10. Prove with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 30 min, 30°C
  11. Pre-heat oven - approx 1 min, 240°C
  12. Grease a clean casserole dish
  13. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  14. Roll into a ball
  15. Transfer shaped dough to casserole dish
  16. Brush with water
  17. Dust with plain flour
  18. Score gently
  19. Close the lid
  20. Place in a cold oven
  21. Bake - 50 min, 240°C
  22. Let cool onto cooling rack
  23. Serve
