Step preview

  1. Grease 2 clean Dariole moulds
  2. Attach the Creaming Beater
  3. Add whipping cream, buttermilk, caster sugar and vanilla extract to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  4. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 104°C, Speed OFF
  6. Then add silver leaf gelatin sheet, passion fruit coulis and lime to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Min
  8. Divide content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl between 2 Dariole moulds
  9. Chill in fridge - 4 hr
  10. Serve
