A great chocolate treat packed full of ginger biscuits, nuts and dried fruit. The tiffin will keep for one week in the fridge.

Step preview

  1. Line a clean square pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach Creaming beater
  3. Add dark chocolate, coconut oil and golden syrup to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Heat with splashguard fitted until melted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  5. Then add vegan ginger biscuit, dried cranberries, raisins and pistacchios to the EasyWarm Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, Speed Min
  7. Transfer content of EasyWarm Bowl to square pan
  8. Spread until level
  9. Chill in fridge - approx 2 hr
  10. Cut into squares
  11. Serve
