Step preview

  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach Creaming beater
  3. Add butter and golden syrup to the EasyWarm Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 6 min, 7, Stir 3
  5. Then add ground almonds, chocolate chips, vanilla extract and salt to the EasyWarm Bowl
  6. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - approx 30 sec, Speed Min
  7. Shape into balls
  8. Transfer balls to baking sheet
  9. Chill in fridge until firm
  10. Clean EasyWarm Bowl
  11. Attach Creaming beater
  12. Add dark chocolate to the EasyWarm Bowl
  13. Mix with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 7, Stir 1
  14. Remove the truffles from the fridge
  15. Use a skewer or fork to dip the truffles in the melted chocolate, shake off the excess
  16. Transfer onto cooling rack until set
  17. Serve
