  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Line a clean mini muffin pan with paper muffin cups
  3. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add egg, vegetable double cream and caster sugar to the kCook bowl

  7. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  8. Then add italian 00 flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap fitted - approx 30 sec, speed 10
  10. Spoon half of the light batter into half of the mini muffin cases
  11. Add cacao powder to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 10
  13. Transfer content of kCook bowl to mini muffin pan
  14. Bake until skewer tests clean - 15 min, 180°C
  15. Let cool
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  18. Add vegetable whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  21. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 9
  22. Then add white chocolate to the kCook bowl
  23. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  24. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag then set aside
  25. Clean kCook bowl
  26. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  27. Add vegetable whipping cream to the kCook bowl
  28. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  29. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  30. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 9
  31. Then add dark chocolate to the kCook bowl
  32. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 4
  33. Transfer content of kCook bowl to piping bag
  34. Pipe cream onto mini muffin pan
  35. Serve
