Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease and line a clean loaf tin with parchment paper
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add banana, agave syrup, egg and natural yogurt to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 5
  8. Then add wholemeal flour, plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 4
  10. Transfer batter to loaf tin
  11. Sprinkle with pecan halves
  12. Bake - 1 hr 10 min, 160°C
  13. Let cool
  14. Serve
